Total Body Conditioning (TBC)
TBC 1
Total Body Conditioning 1 (TBC1) is a thoughtfully designed conditioning class inspired by barre, pilates, and yoga, with a focus on foundational movements. The class emphasizes form over speed, highlighting alignment, stability, and controlled strength while integrating breath awareness to promote efficient, balanced movement. TBC1 uses yoga blocks, resistance bands, and 3 lb dumbbells to support proper form, deepen muscle engagement, and build confidence through intentional, slower-paced sequences. This class supports sustainable strength development and consistent progression over time.

Total Body Conditioning 2 (TBC2) is a high-energy strength and conditioning class that builds on the fundamentals of TBC1 with faster pacing, heavier weights, cardio bursts, and more challenging sequences. Drawing from barre, pilates, and yoga, this class is designed to push strength, endurance, and coordination while maintaining strong alignment and intentional movement. Using 10-15lb dumbbells, 3lb dumbbells, resistance bands, yoga blocks, and a pilates ball, TBC2 features dynamic sequencing, progressive loading, and transitions that keep the body working and the energy high. Expect a powerful, full-body workout that challenges both strength and stamina while maintaining breath control.

This 60 minute class blends the dynamic strength-building techniques of TRX suspension training with mindful recovery, promoting not just muscle engagement but also deep relaxation. Expect 45 minutes of TRX Strength circuits, followed by 15 minutes of active recovery and mindful reflection.
