Calling all SPIN INSTRUCTORS

The Union is GROWING, and this spring, we are expanding our cycling team! We are looking for dedicated fitpros who are passionate, community-driven, and eager to bring their authentic selves to the podium! Job Requirements:

Must be a part of The Union community (takes classes regularly)
Experience preferred, but not required
Must be available to teach 3x/ week and one Saturday a month
Must be able to ride to the beat of the music (rhythm cycling)
Can teach a class that is fundamentally sound, on and off the bike
Knows and understands how to create a well-structured playlist
Must be a team player
Brings energy, personality, and authenticity to the team and studio!
Must be consistently available in Spokane throughout Summer 2026 for in-house training. Training will begin in June.
