Front Desk

The Responsibilities:

  • High energy, efficient customer service, and hospitality

  • Take initiative and control with/without direction

  • Be knowledgeable in studio classes, events, and products

  • Help support and work with management, instructors, and fellow front desk crew

  • Help with upkeep to make sure the studio is spick and span

The Must Haves:

  • Must have a positive/fun-loving attitude

  • Must be able to handle stressful situations with the ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Must be flexi (by flexi we mean this isn’t your typical 9-5 schedule! hours are dependent on season)

  • Must be timely and organized

  • Must be willing to get down and a little dirty with cleaning responsibilities

  • Must be CPR/First AID certified

  • Must be committed to helping improve our community as The Union and #Sweatspokane

  • Must exemplify the Union atmosphere and live your inner Union warrior
