Time to get topsy turvy for 2 hours of yogi play time! Join Jocelyn as we dive into the fundamentals of arm balances & inversions! Find your way to create a stronger sense of self in trusting your body & mind!

We'll break down the steps & poses to reach proper alignment for whatever is accessible in your next inversion! Learn strength building exercises, transitions in & out of balances and get ready to kick your feet up like never before! Wherever you're at on your yogi journey we're here to take you to the next level!

We are so excited to bring Marysia Do into the studio for a Saturday full of yoga fun and love! Don't miss the chance to play around with the queen of handstands as Marysia helps you use your mind and body to elevate your spirit! 

Get ready to build perspective, patience, perseverance and playfulness through inversions to help you become a yogi powerhouse! You'll flow and dig into diagnostic tools to better understand how to make inversions work for your unique body! Together we'll target the necessary elements for a stable handstand: 

  • wrist stability

  • shoulder mobility

  • hamstring flexibility

  • core strength

In addition to handstands, we'll dive into the nuances of headstands, forearm balance and hollow back! You'll leave feeling strong, motivated and refreshed with a sense of mental clarity. Get ready to feel like a badass inversion master!

Hips don't lie and we're ready to open up and get juicy! Increasing hip mobility means learning how to decipher between helpful and harmful pain. In yoga, like in life, some uncomfortable sensations help us move forward while others take us backward. Marysia will teach you how to differentiate between the two for goals that are both on and off your mat.

You'll learn innovative and effective techniques to enhance the mobility in your hips and make arm balances and arm balancing flows more accessible. Get ready to flow and learn progressions to help you take your practice to the next level!
